Temerpance

Your sinful blue eyes',
Fail to see me.
For my true intention;
Love's blasphemy.

An established couplet,
Or so you seem.
As one lies near,
The other in a dream.

Time spent with one,
Dispels my thoughts.
Together at once,
My love is caught.

For as one has,
Not both can partake.
One hand in one hand,
The other I antiquate.

And at last,
My open eyes can see...
The struggle is endless,
The decider is me.

I hope this new poem makes up for my absence...I am sure overtime my small break from writing will seem as if it was a necessary excursion.
